What are your rates and how can I pay?

Our rates are fixed and simple, you can find them here. You can pay with IDEAL or pay with PIN during your appointment.

What is an expat?

An expat is a person with a foreign nationality living in the Netherlands for a short or longer period. An example of an expat is someone who has been seconded to the Netherlands by his foreign employer, or someone who is using the 30%-regime.

What is a fiscal partner?

Your fiscal partner is the person you are married to, or the person with whom you live together (conditions apply). Fiscal partners can opt to file a collective tax return, which is easier and less expensive.

Will the rates be higher if my tax return turns out to be more complicated?

No. It is our risk if we spend more time on your tax return. Note: for entrepreneurs a surcharge applies.

Who will fill out my tax return?

The staff of AangifteDirect are academically educated in tax law and have years of experience in big-four accountacy firms. They have undertaken extensive additional courses specifically aimed at tax return preparation. This guarantees that your tax return will be filled out correctly and efficiently. But a picture says more than a thousand words: Meet our team!

Where is your office located?

Our office is located at the Nachtwachtlaan 20 in Amsterdam. Our office is easy to reach by car and public transport.

Will you need my DigiD?

No. AangifteDirect is registered as a tax advisor with the Dutch tax authorities. We use special software that allows us to submit your tax return without using your DigiD.

Can I get a copy of my tax return?

Yes, of course, you will receive a PDF copy of your tax return. And if you can't find it anymore, we are happy to resend it!

Can you also help me in dealing with questions or an audit by the tax inspector, or with checking the tax assessments I receive?

Yes, please contact us. Additional fees apply, unless it turns out we have made an error when filling out your tax return, naturally.

How can I schedule an appointment?

Can I change or cancel my appointment.

Yes, that’s possible, without charges. Please click on the link in the confirmation e-mail that you have received.

What happens if I cannot make it to my appointment?

No problem. Please call us at +31 20 820 83 40 to cancel and schedule a new appointment.

What happens if I forget to bring something to my appointment.

In that case, we may not be able to finalize your tax return. We will schedule a new appointment, without additional charges.

I did not receive the confirmation e-mail. What to do?

It maybe located in your spam folder. Please check and if so, add TaxDirect.nl to the domains you trust. If you still can't find it, do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will help you straight away.
